Do you deliver all materials, and is this included in the price?
Yes, it is, and we deliver everything to the construction site.
Can we buy household appliances on sale somewhere?
Yes, there's no need to buy from us. However, we will present a quote, and if you like it, you can buy from us.
What is the warranty on the furniture and finishes?
The furniture and finishing work are warranted for two years.
Do you perform apartment inspections?
Yes, we do this for our clients as part of a design contract. However, this is a semi-professional inspection. If you require a very detailed inspection, a building inspector will perform it for a fee.
Do you clean up after construction?
Yes, there is a paid option of PLN 15 per square meter. We clean the windows, floors, all furniture, vacuum, etc. or also included in the price then we wash the floors, vacuum and dust.
