Modern Style with Wood Accents

This functional 60m² flat design is a perfect combination of modern aesthetics and the warmth of natural materials. The task was to maximise the use of space, creating a coherent and harmonious interior that is both stylish and extremely practical. The design includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The focal point of the flat is the kitchenette and island. The matt graphite cabinet fronts combined with warm oak veneer create an elegant contrast. Industrial accents, such as the metal openwork cabinet above the island, add a unique character to the interior. The island with stools serves as a bar and additional space for working and eating meals.

The living room is dominated by a light, subdued colour palette. Grey, comfortable sofas and armchairs perfectly match the wooden floor, and intense green, decorative moss walls introduce an element of nature and freshness to the interior. The lighting in the form of black busbars emphasises the modern and minimalist character of the design.

The interplay of textures continues in the bathroom. Large grey tiles imitating concrete are combined with warm wood, and geometric black tiles behind the washbasin provide a distinctive graphic accent. A glass shower wall with black muntins adds an industrial touch. The entire design is characterised by simple forms, attention to detail and intelligent solutions that make even a small space comfortable and open.

This interior is proof that even a small space can be used to create a design with great personality and functionality.
